Frasers Property will be formally submitting a project application to the NSW Department of Planning for demolition of those buildings approved for removal as part of the Concept Plan. 

The project application for demolition will be submitted in October 2007.  Before the project application is submitted, the Director General will be issuing to us the requirements that need to be addressed in the environmental assessment report that will be submitted with the application.

We are currently preparing a full program of the proposed sequencing of subsequent project applications and will make this information available on this website.
