Preferred Project Plans
Since the lodgement of the CUB Concept Plan with the Department of Planning, the proponent has met with the Department’s Strategic Assessments branch to discuss the application. These meetings have given the Department the opportunity to raise any issues with the proposed concept plan and for Foster’s to provide any further clarification or information.
Foster’s have responded to any issues raised at these meetings in the attached letter, dated 21 December 2006. This letter (attached below) summarises the Department’s concerns with the Concept Plan and describes the amended, preferred concept plan, which responds to the issues raised by the Department.
These changes apply to the following aspects of the scheme:
- The proposed Public Car Park - Block 5
- The gross floor area of Blocks 9 and 11
- Building envelopes along Old Kent Rd
With the exception of the above amendments, all other documentation in the environmental assessment section of this web site remains current.
